| Will we be able to see a book (item) history... for example in Workflows I can find out who the previous user was, total number of checkouts and in house uses a book has had, date when the item record was created, last activity, last discharged, and last charged. | Client Care Response: For now, you will need to call Mark and he will be able to tell you who last had the item checked out. |
| Web Client keeps timing out. | There are three things happening as best we can tell that are causing the Staff Web Client to log you out. |
| Staff Client will not load on some of the PCs at some of the libraries. | Rick will be coming around to install Internet Explorer 7. |
| How are In House uses recorded? | The Staff Web Client automatically counts anything that is not currently checkout that you try to check in as an In House use. Just check the item in. |
| Student badges do not have the leading zeros printed on them. | Immediate Fix: 1. Connie can print student barcodes which include the leading zeros with the name but not the numeric User ID that can be placed on the badges. or 2. Look the students up by name

| Cannot search for a student by first name. | Client Care Response: This type of searching is not available in the Staff Web Client. Currently, we plan on adding the full keyword searching in version 3.4 of the StaffWeb client. The target release date for 3.4 is the first quarter of 2011.
